Fraud & Investigation Manager required to enhance the locations of fraud assessment and detection capabilities by implementing risk indicators and personally conducting themed fraud reviews. Strong ability to identify, investigate, report and provide solutions on unusual events.

Fraud & Investigation Manager

The role will require investigation of significant location incidents and you will need to be competent to operate under your own initiative in conducting internal investigations relating to location events.  You will need to have experience in conducting interviews and hold solid investigation techniques within client complaints, significant loss events, or targeted reviews, etc. You will be responsible for enhancing the locations fraud assessment and detection capabilities by developing an overarching framework, implementing risk indicators and personally conducting themed fraud reviews.

To be considered for this position, you will posses solid understanding of UK employment law and FSA regulations as well as experience in producing accurate, factual reporting. This is important as you will be expected to report findings and suggest appropriate and confident solutions to manage the risks identified. It is essential that you have acquired and demonstrated the full range of the specialist skills and knowledge within this role in order to apply.
