Due to organic growth, a newly created position has become available for a Senior HR Manager.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the full HR spectrum. You will provide leadership in developing and driving HR services in line with business goals to meet the organisation’s aggressive growth plans.  

To be successful in the role, you will be an experienced HR professional, with at least 10 years of experience preferably from an Oil & Gas / Engineering background. You will have strong passion and track record in recruitment and establishing HR strategies in a large organisation, whilst retaining the ability to be more hands-on as required.
