This leading financial planning organisation provides quality advice to thousands of Australians.  With approximately $7 billion in client funds under management and an enviable brand in the market,  this high performing organisation is looking for an experienced manager to join the business. 

Reporting to the Head of Business Integration, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of advice provided to clients is consistent and at a high level.  You will do this by the development, management and ongoing improvement of a supervision and monitoring program, including auditing, compliance and 'in practice' coaching.  You will work closely with the adviser community as well as strategy, product and platform teams. 

To be successful in this role you will have a strong wealth management background and either a tertiary or Diploma of Financial Planning qualification.  You will have strong relationship and task management skills and an ability to drive the development of programs to the adviser network.  Excellent presentation skills and a knowledge of FP software is essential.
