Leading Financial Services consulting practice providing programme management and performance improvement expertise to tier one financial institutions seeks senior consultants with extensive programme management experience.

Our client is a leading consultancy firm with a highly respected financial services practice. Its client base includes major retail banks and insurance companies as well as investment banks and investment management houses. As part of its growth strategy it is seeking to hire senior consultants with extensive programme management experience.

The practice is particularly well known for providing programme and project management expertise to clients and delivers performance improvement, process re-engineering and systems change for major change initiatives. Examples of recent assignments include post- merger integration, the delivery of strategic programmes and projects of change, process re-engineering and systems improvement, as well as the establishment of enterprise wide programme and project methodologies and performance improvement techniques.

Experience of the following is highly desirable: delivery of change across front, middle and back office; consolidation of financial services back office operations into shared service centres; enterprise-wide initiatives for regulatory and compliance change; cost reduction iniatives.  

You will have significant experience working with a consultancy firm and / or bank, insurance company or investment management house delivering major business and systems transformation programmes. Your experience will combine both business and technology skills and you will be an excellent manager having worked in an environment where delivery is key.

Suitable candidates must have the ability to build and develop key client relationships as well as possessing strong influencing and communication skills. You will be working closely with clients and managing high profile change initiatives. Excellent presentation and communication skills are key.
