A leading global Investment Bank requires a Senior Operations Project Manager. You will be responsible for the Management of projects for FX/Treasury/Commodities Operations projects and to develop process control/improvement functions.

A leading global Investment Bank requires a Senior Operations Project Manager. You will be responsible for the Management of projects for FX/Treasury/Commodities Operations projects and to develop process control/improvement functions. The key responsibilities for the role will be the project management for projects within the Operations team (MO / BO). Encompassing development of specifications, test plans and coordination between Business, IT, and operations. You will also be responsible to manage projects initiated by London Operations management. These projects will be mainly related to Operational Risk mitigation plan management, new business initiatives, Control and efficiency initiatives, Process improvement. You will also be responsible for the representation and coordination of the London Operations in Global projects and to follow IT current projects for Operations.  

Control

•  Implement issue tracking and escalation process

•  Assist in developing action plans or changes for projects validated by the London Operations Management

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

•  Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

•  Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

•  As a Manager, to be responsible for the implementation of internal systems and controls and ensuring staff adhere to requirements.
