This Australian based corporate advisory house provide clients with innovative solutions for mergers and acquisitions, divestments, project finance , valuations, restructures and capital raisings. While they work across a broad range of sectors the focus of the role will be transactions in the resources, infrastructure and power sectors.

In this role you will be responsible for client relationship management and the execution of corporate advisory transactions. This will include preparing pitch books, managing due diligence of deals, structuring solutions for transactions, financial valuation and managing a small execution team.

We envisage successful candidates will have a minimum of eight years investment banking experience and ideally with deal experience in the energy , power, infrastructure and / or mining sectors. The role will suit candidates who have strong analytical, research and problem solving skills. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required as is a high level of energy and drive.
