To enlarge our investment solutions team, we are looking for a Sales Professional Private Real Estate In this position you will be responsible for building new and broadening existing client relationships with institutional investors, banks, external fund managers, independent asset managers,fund distributors and consultants. For this challenging position, we are looking for a person who works well in a very entrepreneurial organization, someone who possesses strong networking and organization skills. Thesuccessful candidate should have the following profile: - Graduation in business administration or finance (e.g. university, MBA)
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in private real estate sales
- Excellent communication skills and a distinct client orientation
- Ability to adaptively prioritize tasks and to close business deals
- High level of flexibility and willingness to travel regularly (primarily within Germanspeaking Europe)
- Very good language skills in German and English (written/oral) and ideally an additional language
