Professional background: • Typically more than 5 years+ post-qualification experience within area of expertise (specifically in Wealth management in a relationship management role). Experience/delivered performance: • Bulk of client base in Asia (SEA, Indochina, N. Asia, NRI market) • For Team Leader role, the candidate should already be in a similar position Competencies/skills: • Responsible for origination of AUM, and should already have a sizeable and deep-rooted client base (around USD150m in AUM). • Able to work across cultures and market environments in Asia • Responsible for continuing to build close relationships with key target clients in the target markets. • Demonstrates strong networking to gain competitive advantages through the organization's network and relationships to prospective clients. • Handles negotiations independently to arrive at solutions to meet the needs of all parties. • Is recognised and valued as being a key player in the area. • Encourages others to develop new ideas and approaches. • Works with team to ensure customer satisfaction. • Good coach to junior people and able to work in different cultural environments.
