The main accountabilities of the role will be to; • Service existing direct client base and broker business • Underwrite cover holder facilities in line with company procedures • Provide high levels of client care by constantly developing relationships with commercial client base and insurance suppliers • Co-ordinate and ensure an efficient process for broking and marketing new business and existing renewals • Ensure that all documentation is sent to clients accurately and efficiently • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that certain Major Accounts held by the company - and looked after personally by the MD - are serviced to a level which is appropriate to their significance to the company
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years Broking experience • Must be already in the GCC region • Arabic speaking • Mixture of Life and General Insurance products • A enthusiastic and professional attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire staff • Ability to work under pressure in a Sales environment • Top class planning and organisational skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to write high-level and technically expert reports and proposals • Very good technical understanding of commercial insurance • Relevant industry qualifications
