SENIOR FIXED INCOME TRADE SUPPORT

Have you a background within Fixed Income and Derivatives?

Well respected investment manager with a reputation for good work life balance. They look to promote internally in order to keep talent in house and provide an excellent cross training programme.

You will be working within their growing trade support division which is a small sociable team that cover Fixed interest, Equities, Derivatives, Commodities and a small amount of cash.

They are skill matrixed and functions are moved around between members as much as possible in order to cross train.

Key Responsibilities:

-Resolve any trade issues or discrepancies between back office and front office

-Trade capture and contract note matching

-Liaise with Brokers

-Deal with sensitive clients and act as point of escalation

-Train and monitor junior of team

You will have a strong background within fixed interest as this would initially be the primary focus of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for sharing your in depth knowledge with the more junior member of the team.

In order to perform well in this role you will need to be articulate and able to build good working relationships with your clients. This team deal with some sensitive and important clients and you must be able to meet and exceed their expectations in order to maintain the relationships.

You will be a good fit if you have experience within the wealth management and asset management arena.
