Our client is a high profile FTSE 100 industrials group.  It is a massive global business with substantial international operations. They are now looking to add a Corporate Development  Executive to their team, who will work on corporate strategy and M&A work.   

The role will involve:

- strategic planning for the overall shaping of the group, and its business units
 

- portfolio and competitive strategy;

- liaison with business units and their strategists to develop organic strategic initiatives and cross-business opportunities.

- working on M&A projects in M&A target screening and early-stage analysis of potential strategic transactions through due diligence and deal support and execution.

- execution of major strategic projects and transactions by managing day to day elements of a transaction and support the development of Group and Business value strategy through strategy research and analysis of key strategic initiatives.
