Implemented in 2002, the Sophis investment tool is dedicated to two main uses: - Over The Counter (OTC) derivatives management (Front Office to Back Office platforms) and includes: o Booking, pricing, confirmation o Credit derivatives pricing for accounting system o Counterparty risk management o Cash flow schedule - Fund Management and investment decision taking on: o Hedge fund o Global Tactical Asset Allocation o Saving funds o Formula funds Composed of 3 people, the Sophis Support Team works for investment business lines such as Structured Credit, Investment Solutions, Fixed Income, etc. Reporting to the Head of Sophis support, your main responsibilities will be the following: - Providing technical support and training users on Sophis (approx. 220 people), focusing on UK users - Check and verify that the financial data are well integrated in the system and are up to date - Conducting Regression Plan tests - Suggesting functional improvements solutions: i.e participating in writing and improving the existing documentation - Helping to define and measure KPI and proposing improving solutions on Sophis’ performances: i.e configuration What sort of profile are we looking for: - Recently graduated from a university/ engineering school/ business school with a specialization in Finance - Previous related experience as support or business analyst in a project supporting or implementing a Front Office solution for a financial institution is an asset - Strong interest in asset management industry.
