Due to business growth, they need to appoint an exceptional professional to manage and develop their specialist team within Hong Kong. You will join to lead an already established team with a reputation for applying cutting edge technology towards product development.

Your role will be to manage an established team of four people covering both Hong Kong and Japan. You will have regular liaison with the structured products trading team to further strengthen relationships. Your focus will be to apply quantitative technology and methodologies to assist product development. This work will cover derivatives, structured investment products and exotic products.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar finance related role within equities, fixed income or commodities. You must also possess excellent financial modeling skills. You will have proven experience in both leading and developing a team of analysts. Knowledge within commodities, equities or fixed income is also a pre-requisite. The ability to build and develop relationships is desirable. This is a genuine opportunity to play a key role in the success of the bank with an opportunity for development into a larger role.
