Working closely with the office of CEO, the role is to provide support to the Regional Director and the Manager of the Insurance Management Support team to coordinate the tracking and monitoring of regional key priorities, action plans and deliverables, and to develop management reports and analyses on a regular basis.  This person will interact with other members of the team to ensure up-to-date and accurate country inputs are provided on a timely basis.  In addition this person will also be required to support the business planning process by assisting in the review of budgets and forecasts as well as to facilitate the tracking of business performance by providing analysis of the business.

To be considered for this role you will require:

• at least 5 years financial services experience, preferably in general life insurance;
• excellent analytical skills, and;
• the ability to work accurately and managed effectively upwards.
