Our client is a prestigious and well-known Tier 1 global investment bank, with a strong presence in the world’s major financial centers. We are presently looking to hire for a role at the VP Level to head the loans product control team, with specific responsibility for the global loans syndication business.
This role, managing a team of about15, will entail:
Overseeing the production of daily business P&L with commentaries for Europe and Asia
Overseeing the preparation of weekly and monthly MIS packs for the Global Business Head
Ensuring the maintenance of strong internal control environment over business balance sheet and P&L
Ensuring correct application of accounting standards and engage the technical accounting group on resolution of technical accounting issues
Leading the team on investigation and resolution of issues
Managing projects and controls reviews affecting the team
