Responsibilities: • Managing reputational risk that may arise from compliance matters • Liaise with the Regional Compliance Officer to ensure adequate compliance resources and training and effective implementation of Group's compliance framework and policy • Take the lead role in overseeing the anti-money laundering program for the insurance operations in Hong Kong and Macau. • Conducting regular compliance reviews on high risk areas of business • Delivering training to enhance and improve awareness in compliance • Supervising the compliance reporting program Requirements: • Degree qualification in legal/ business/ accounting • 6 years experience in regulatory compliance, preferably gained in insurance/financial institutions • Good knowledge in insurance and investment products will be an advantage • Sound knowledge of the regulations/ guidelines / ordinance implemented by SFC, OCI, HKFI, MPFA and PCO • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Able to meet tight deadlines Data collected will only be used for recruitment purpose.
