A leading Investment e-trading software vendor in the city of London is seeking to expand their client application support team and recruiting for a Japanese speaking Client Application Support Analyst. You will be expected to troubleshoot Client application calls and escalate where necessary. You will be given six week of training on the application to familiarise and understand my clients infrastructure and their work ethics. Exposure to dealing with traders over the phone or face to face is an advantage and previous history of troubleshooting ISV applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, GL, PatSystems, espeed/ECCO, X_trader etc is advantageous. Futures industry knowledge i.e. market knowledge, product knowledge trade desk or order desk experiences is a plus. Must have a proactive and positive outlook and always have the willingness and the ability to help drive the team and build upon my clients reputation.
