Responsibilities

This position within the Interest Rate Products and Services group will seek to increase volumes and revenues for the company's benchmark Interest Rate products from new and existing institutional clients in Asia, as well as assisting in the development and launch of new products targeting the Asian region.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Interest Rate product and marketing strategy. The position will work closely with other Asian Team colleagues to develop and strengthen relationships with key Asian interest rate market participants, including channel partners, banks, hedge funds, asset managers, corporates and regulators.

In addition, this person will serve the region as the interest rate product expert and facilitate our efforts to grow interest rate revenues in the region through educating potential clients about the value of our interest rate products relative to cash and OTC derivative alternatives.
Requirements

• Strong product knowledge skills, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in interest rate futures industry
• A history that has demonstrated strong sales skills and self motivation
• Experience with exposure to OTC, options, and volatility products a strong plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Japanese or Chinese language skills a strong plus.
