Our client a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Retention Specialist to join their Life insurance team focussing on customer retention. You will have strong experience in this field and good knowledge of the insurance market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achievement of Customer Retention targets (lapse rate)
• Reporting on lapses and identifying causes
• Overall Project Management, reporting and tracking of Life Insurance iniatives
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing a growing team
• Develop and integrate new policies towards improving retention rates

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills:

• You must be passionate, determined, able to drive projects and challenge the norm
• Proven experience in a similar role. You will be results driven.
• Life Insurance experience will be highly viewed
• Excellent communication skills and happy to deal with stakeholders on all levels
• Strong people and team management skills
• Project experience
• 5 years experience in Financial Services or similiar industries
