Our client is one of the largest international banks in the world and has presence in 40 countries, with over 132,000 employees serving 69 million customers. They are now looking to add an additional credit analyst to their FIs team. The role requires accurate and timely credit analysis of commercial and investment banks, broker dealers, traditional funds, fund managers, agency lenders and related financial institutions. The portfolio is global but primarily in developed markets, with a significant proportion of counterparties established in UK & Ireland. The key responsibilities include: • Ongoing credit monitoring and timely completion of annual reviews on assigned portfolio • Updating of internal credit risk systems, including the credit risk limit monitoring system, to ensure that data integrity for counterparties within the portfolio of assets is accurately maintained • Ensure that appropriate documentation is executed for counterparties • Undertake due diligence meetings where necessary and meet with counterparties, external agency lenders and rating agencies The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of credit experience, ideally with time spent analysing financial institutions (banks and funds). Knowledge of capital markets and treasury products is advantageous. Fluency in Spanish is useful. Please ensure that you send your CV to us in Word format.
