This International Investment Bank enjoys a leading position in Australia and within niche markets internationally. They are highly respected for delivering leading edge products to their global client base. As a result of continued focus on risk management, our client is seeking a Director of Prudential Risk to join the team.

Managing a team, you will be responsible for both the APRA relationship and advising the business on prudential issues on new transactions. You will work with both the regulator and the business to ensure new transactions and new businesses fulfill obligations to APRA and shareholders.

This is a high profile role in the organisation and hence an understanding of transactions will make you a valued member of this team. Also strong problem solving abilities and a "can do" attitude will help this role be seen as adding value to the business.

The successful candidate will either have a transaction background and keen to step back from the front line or potentially be in an advisory role on transactions such as legal, finance or treasury.
