We are currently recruiting for bank compliance managers to fill positions in multiple locations; Utah, Washington DC and New York.

JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to provide oversight of the marketing and consumer communications efforts of the Bank’s affiliates and third-party vendors. The Compliance Communications Manager reports to the Bank’s Compliance Officer. This position provides oversight and reporting for the execution of the review and approval of marketing and consumer communications materials created by the bank and its affiliates on behalf of the Bank. This position coordinates work flow and manages tasks to ensure reviews are completed within service level agreements with applicable marketing and communications areas.  The candidate must have a high level of initiative and be able to work independently under minimal supervision, assuming ownership for all assignments and projects. The individual must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, mangement skills, and demonstrate the ability to interact with management and personnel at all levels and locations of the Corporation. The individual must be familiar with laws and regulations governing marketing, advertising copy and consumer communications for multiple products. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality, integrity and trust. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
