High deal flow and a healthy pipeline have led for the need to make a hire and the successful candidate will have;

-  5 to 7 years of M&A experience

- The desire to work in the financial services sector with previous experience being desirable rather than essential

- The drive and ambition to work well within a small team environment

- The ability to handle a great deal of responsibility and client exposure from the start

- Excellent written and communication skills
