The management skills required are a controlled and in depth understanding of a very diverse range of areas, particularly of the wholesale energy markets and associated risks.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Utility markets and a comprehensive understanding of the physical energy market, strong analytical capabilities with attention to details. Strong communication skills and effective written and verbal skills are essential.
