Our client is a large financial services company who are currently going through a period of unprecedented growth. Due to this expansion they are now looking for a Head of Selection to join their global HR team.
Reporting direct to the Head of HR for APAC you will be responsible for managing specific strategic aspects of the recruitment process. This is a senior level role that will need someone who is comfortable working with high level Assessment methodology and be able to liaise with vendors to provide a tailored recruitment solution that can be used globally. This will be utilised across all business units and it will be your job to make sure that the business truly buy into the solution and understand why it is necessary in this ever demanding fight for talent. In addition to this you should be prepared to take on additional project initiatives that will look at how the company is branded both internally and externally.
Ideally degree educated with a background in Psychology or Organisational Psychology we are looking for someone with a minimum of 10years work experience. Asia Pacific experience would be an advantage, however this role covers a number countries globally and we are more interested to find the right person for this role, regardless of their location. Above all we are looking for a dynamic individual who is able to combine their technical knowledge of assessment criteria with an approach that is confident, refreshing and that the business can truly buy into. Fluency in English is imperative.
