Investment Approach
Griffin Partners, LLC works with and invests in companies and management teams with disruptive technologies addressing tomorrow’s “mega trend” growth opportunities. These technologies typically offer breakthrough productivity and cost/benefit propositions that address markets in excess of a $1 billion.

We will typically couple our investment with a transformational event the provides an immediate increase in value:
    • Acquisitions
    • Mergers
    • Joint Ventures
    • Strategic Partnerships
    • Divestiture of non-core operations

Investment Objectives
Griffin Partner's primary objective is to position equity and equity linked investments in companies that can provide superior risk adjusted returns by coupling our investments with a transformational event. We focus on companies with sustainable operating models where access to capital is the ultimate determinate of their growth level rather than survival.

Value Creation Through Active Management and Partnering
We work actively with our prospective investments targets in an advisory capacity to gain an inside perspective on the Company's prospect for success, soundness of its technology offerings, scale of its market opportunity and capability of its management team and risks inherent in its business plan.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years experience in corporate advisory services and technology private equity investing within both public and late stage venture. Real world operating experience is also a plus. The candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset with an aptitude for value creation. Top tier MBA or a sucessful track record of CEO experience required.
