Head of Corporate Actions (ref 0809-66PM)

In this senior role, you will be in charge of providing clients with high level corporate actions services.  You will be responsible for managing multiple teams adding up to approximately 30 members of staff.  Key responsibilities will include :

• overseeing the smooth running of the department to ensure excellent customer service
• ensuring all key risk and quality indicators evolve in line with the growth of the business
• implementation of productivity measures and ensure SLA are maintained and improved 
• provide hands-on support to the team 
• people management (motivation, appraisals, performance monitoring,...)

Your profile:

• degree educated
• minimum 7 years experience gained within corporate actions and income collection 
• proven track record of people management and development
• fluent written and spoken English and French
• IT literate
