This is a global investment bank with significant presence in Asia Pacific, and is focused on developing Singapore as one of its key global hubs. Due to continued growth, it is seeking a dynamic individual to join its product control group, based in Singapore.

This is a broad and interesting role within the Global Rates and FX Product Control team which combines process reviews/improvements, team coaching/guidance, complex issue resolution as well as designing and implementing key people initiatives for retention and development. You will be responsible for enhancing the review of daily, weekly and monthly deliveries of the team, developing and implement a process improvement plan and a set of metrics to facilitate senior management reviews. You will also perform deep dive structured trade reviews on more complex transactions to ensure key risks are captured, understood and captured.

You are degree qualified with about 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in product control covering FX and interest rates markets. You also have good exposure to IFRS, US GAAP and possess strong project management skills. You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills will be essential.
