Our client is a long etsablished private placement firm, and one of the most successful in assisting private equity funds, venture capital firms and other asset management and investment vehicles in raising finance for their new funds.

They are now looking to add an Associate to their team, who will work as part of their UK team.  Specific responsibilities will be:

- liaising with fund principals, identifying investment needs and methods of finance raising

- marketing client funds to investors, working on the structuring and execution of investments into the funds

- actively sourcing and meeting investors to ensure a strong pipeline of assets for clients

We are very interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
