A strong business pipeline and a commitment to market share growth has led to the need to recruit a Transaction Services Partner to supplement the existing Transaction Services Business.

As a Partner you will be responsible for the origination of new business opportunities and the development of a significant contacts network. The management and execution of, primarily, the following types of corporate finance transactions will fall under your remit:

• Reporting Accountant roles
• Pre-acquisition due diligence for corporate and financial investor clients
• Valuations
• Takeover Code work
• FSA regulated work, including approval of financial promotions
• Pre-lending reviews

You will be responsible for the successful execution of the firms’ business plans and achievement of personal and team budgets. You will ensure compliance with FSA regulations, and the firms Compliance Handbook at all times.

You will assist with the expansion and development of the firms’ bank pre-lending review service and will be involved in any TS related ad hoc projects.

Significant experience is required in the origination, winning, management and execution of the types of corporate finance transactions listed above, particularly floatation’s, due diligence, valuations, d-regulated work and pre-lending reviews.

The experience is likely to have been gained with the corporate finance division of a top 20 UK accounting firm. The individual will be approved by the FSA as a CF23 (corporate finance adviser).
