Job Responsibilities Responsible for capturing operational data from countries across the APJ region Engaging with stakeholders across the region to ensure timely provision and accuracy of data Collation of data Production of metrics & reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly) Respond to requests for metrics & reports from key HR stakeholders across the region Demonstrate some ability to review data captured and produce trend and diagnostic reports Engage regularly with other HR reporting team members and support the production of global HR reports Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in reporting or data management Working experience in recruitment and other HR function is a plus Knowledge of SAP Human Capital Management systems is an advantage, proficient in Excel & Access and familiarity with database concept is preferred, Hyperion is advantageous Detail-oriented with excellent communication, analytical, co-ordination and process management skills Good at developing strong working relationships with stakeholders and peers across APJ University degree desirable Candidates who meet the above-mentioned requirements may send their CV to Amanda Page, Senior Recruitment Manager, HR to apage@astoncarter.com or call her at 6232 2432
