Job Description Working along side the Senior Portfolio Manager, as Equity Analyst you will be responsible for performing in-depth individual company modeling, applying a quantitative analysis technique. You will have the daily task of formulating investment options, pricing targets, probability distribution and stock attribution. Working with investment systems you will be responsible for sourcing relevant industry and company specific information in order to strengthen your analysis under time sensitive deadlines. With an Australian/ Asian focused funds environment your daily tasks will be varied across industry and regions. The Successful Applicant You are Degree qualified in a Finance discipline, with CFA studies seen as advantageous. You are an experienced analyst in an investment banking/ equity research environment/ buy side analyst with 1-2 years of experience. You have had direct exposure to equities analysis, investment decisions and preferably buy side or sell side experience at a junior level. Additionally it would be advantageous if you possess multi-lingual English/ Japanese or English/ Mandarin language ability at business communications fluency.
