Manage all kinds of international moves (assignments & transfers) including executives which includes policy development, service delivery and governance

Due to massive growth, they are seeking a Global Mobility Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create Mobility policy awareness throughout entire business and ensure execution of the Mobility Policy within APJ
  • Support global Team in development and rollout of Mobility Policy, Processes and Vendor Infrastructure
  • Support & collaborate with global Team to ensure legal compliance of Mobility program in entire region
  • Consult Line of Business’s and employees according to Mobility Policy and help to negotiate the final agreement under which the assignment / transfer will be handled
  • Enable third party providers in the area of shipment, immigration, tax, destination services to deliver the services to the employee, monitor progress
  • Lead a team of 2 Mobility consultants in APJ and manage escalations and performance
  • Build actively good relationship to all regional interfaces e.g. payroll, controlling, legal, HR Business Partner’s and regional vendors
  • Drive regional mobility initiatives and also lead global projects as a member of the global Mobility Team

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A University Degree, preferably MBA in Business Administration, Law, Tax or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience in 1 of the following areas: Business Consulting, Tax / Legal, Consulting, HR
  • Strong analytical skills and strong project management skills
  • Fluent in spoken English and additional languages will be a plus
