The Role

Bloomberg is looking for a qualified Foreign Exchange Application Specialist for our core product sales group in San Francisco. Candidates should possess a deep body of knowledge and experience in the Foreign Exchange Markets. Responsibilities will include supporting salespeople in client sales meetings, educating clients by presenting at local and regional seminars, educating internal salespeople on significant market events and unique Bloomberg solutions, providing feedback to Bloomberg's business managers on product enhancements, and contributing to magazine articles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in the financial industry
• Strong Foreign Exchange market knowledge
• Experience in sales is desirable
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Strong presentation and communication skills
