Our client, a leading and global Investment Bank require an experienced Project Project Co-ordinator (Project Manager) to join their rapidly expanding and dynamic Derivatives System Development team for their offices based in Singapore.

Responsibility:

  • Creation of detailed project plans with technology managers
  • Management of consolidated issues list across technology managers
  • Management of project financials, comparing resources against budget
  • Project tracking and status reporting
  • Ensuring that project managers run their teams according to well-defined and tracked project plans
  • Ensuring that all deviations from plan are detected as soon as they occur and that mitigation plans are put into action
  • Ensuring that projects are managed within 5% of budget, and that all greater deviations can be explained in terms of change of scope

Requirements:

  • Experience in the management of projects using Microsoft Project
  • Trained in project best practices (PMI, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Experienced in project budgeting and tracking
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
