Qualifications:
At least three years of experience developing windows applications using the .NET framework and C#.
Comfortable with multi-threaded and asynchronous techniques in .NET.
Experience using the C# lock statement, the .NET ThreadPool, generic collections, Windows Communication Foundation and MSMQ messaging is very important.
Recent experience building windows forms, console and service applications are preferred.
You should be comfortable using version control and code merging tools.
Any experience developing and supporting back-end components for high frequency trading applications using C# would give you a distinct advantage.
You must be willing and able to quickly come up to speed and help maintain a large, existing code base.
The ability to work with others to quickly and efficiently integrate code is a must.
Though not required, a familiarity with third party tools for .NET for data grids and charting would be helpful.
