Position Description This is a position for a proven manager to manage the Equity Swaps Settlements team, reporting into the Vice President running the team in Europe. The role will be in ensuring the delivery on mandated and internal targets on both unconfirmed and unaffirmed trades. As well as managing the overall risk of the team the right individual should be prepared to work across a wide variety of initiatives and projects, both short and long term. He/she should be flexible in their approach to problems and have the ability to multi-task across products and projects. He/she should have a keen sense of control and risk supervision, process/project management and be an excellent communicator across all levels. Skills Required • Experienced in organisational, strategic planning and implementation • Proven ability in delivering and executing change management, strategic programmes and organisational design activities • Proven innovator, showing ability of delivering fresh ideas and working outside of their comfort zone • Excellence in problem solving and decision making • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation to achieve and maintain effective relationships, providing clear direction and generating consensus
