Our client is a fast growing private equity property investment fund with projects around the Asian region. They are now looking for an Asset Manager to handle part of its property investment portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the group’s property portfolio. You will also be responsible for feasibility studies, market conditions, transportation links and competition. Through valuation program and market analysis, you will negotiate and secure the best possible selling terms for the commercial development and implement relevant strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Other major responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all clients.

Requirements:

Accounting or Business degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience property and real estate management. You will have strong valuation, due diligence and analytical skills. A strong communicator, you must possess excellent organization and project management skills. Fluency in English is essential while Cantonese or Mandarin will be an asset.
