Job Responsibilities:
Incumbent shall manage the end-to-end IT Recruitment Process which shall cover the following: To understand the job requirements and documenting the job descriptions; Searching the potential candidates from the databases; Screening and assessing the potential candidates; Preparing a brief executive summary for short-listed candidates; Interacting with the hiring manager on a regular basis to follow up on the submitted profiles; Managing the logistics until the closure. Pre-requisites:
Degree/Diploma in IT/Finance with an apitude for IT Recruitment; At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT and/or in IT Recruitment; Excellent understanding of various Technology is a must; Banking/Insurance/Telecom domain knowledge is an advantage; Client Management experience is an advantage; Excellent command over written/verbal English is a must; Energetic, self-driven and a person with high integrity; Team player and willing to work extra hours to meet the stringent dead-lines.
