We are seeking expert Back Office / Operations training consultants to help deliver our programmes. We offer a unique blended learning approach, which includes eLearning and simulation as a complement to instructor-led training. Potential training consultants must have a sound academic background combined with market experience in one or more of the following topics - capital markets, corporate finance, FX markets and derivatives, equities markets and derivatives, fixed income, interest rate derivatives, credit derivatives, credit risk management, risk management, operations, Basel II and ALM. Consultants must have outstanding presentation and communication skills – both written and oral and a thorough knowledge of Excel. Previous experience delivering training to a professional banking audience is desirable. A dynamic and engaging teaching style is essential. We are looking for outgoing, talented people who enjoy sharing knowledge. You will be based in either London or New York.
