Supporting the Global Equity Derivatives business in the role of trade support associate you will be an important part of the team ensuring smooth trade flow

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:

Join an aggressively growing team that will offer great career development opportunities for the right candidate. Your main responsibility will be the Trade Capture of Cash Products (equity & derivatives) into risk and PnL system

Daily liaising with Traders, Sales, Brokers and Back Office to resolve failed settlement and firm break items and accountability for making the changes in the risk and PnL system. Personal accountability and a zero tolerance approach to correction of breaks on a T+1 basis

Assist Controlling and desk in resolving Problematic PnL in Risk system

Understanding of front to back workflow and processes are key. Candidate must participate in initiatives to improve service and control in all facets of the role

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Excellent knowledge of the Asian Markets. Good Excel skills (Macro level advantageous)
• Enthusiastic and able to think `out of the box’
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the corporate hierarchy
• Previous experience of front office support
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight guidelines
• Willingness to continuously learn and able to show this
• Motivated to work independently
