Job Description
# Responsible for the support of the HR products/systems for customers.
# Work in a team of 2-4 Support Consultants.
# Ensure timely resolution of customer reported enquires in accordance with SLA guidelines.
# Managed the Helpdesk Support for customer enquires.
# Perform investigation and provide resolution for customer reported enquires.
# Work closely with customers and other IT teams for the resolution of the reported enquires.
# Provide adhoc support to other teams Requirements.
# Minimum Bachelor Degree qualifications.
# Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in providing IT support for systems.
# Demonstrated team leadership experience.
# Experience of Java or PowerBuilder development language.
# Good interpersonal skills.
# Customer management & interaction experience Self starter, team player with a problem solving mind.
# Experience with HRIS systems will be an added advantage.
