* Providing support to the Refresh Life Cycle Manager to take over the follow up of all contracts of maintenance that are currently used within IT.
* Building up a global inventory of maintenance contracts per cost centres
Within the IT department of Core Office and reporting to the IT manager, your main responsibilities will be the following:
* Providing support to the Refresh Life Cycle Manager to take over the follow up of all contracts of maintenance that are currently used within IT. * Building up a global inventory of maintenance contracts per cost centres * Liaising and being the point of contact for the cost centers managers
What sort of profile are we looking for:
* Currently undertaking undergraduated studies in IT (BAC +2/3 minimum * Previous related experience is an asset * Good level of English is required to be able to liaise with cost centers managers * Knowledge of excel, access, Microsoft office suite * Rigorous * Detail oriented * Motivatied to work in a dynamic environment * Organisational and interpersonal skills
