SCOPE OF ROLE:
Contributing to the sound profitable growth of the branch through the achievement of sales targets specific to Priority relationships and delivery of quality service.
Ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of customer delight for Priority customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
Achieving sales targets. Satisfying the needs of the existing base. Taking complete ownership of the existing base. Keeping oneself updated vis-à-vis the market. Presenting a pleasant, professional, and efficient point of contact for customers. Take care of a portfolio of Priority customers as a one-point contact of the bank. Go out and acquire new customers. Aggressively attack the sales target and over achieve it. Cross-sell customer needs based WM product book Coordinating Focus Group Meetings, and meetings with fund houses. SELECTION CRITERIA:
Sales focused and highly target oriented. Able to pick up new concepts quickly. Able and excited about going out to meet new customers. Competitive awareness & benchmarking.
