Our client is a leading US based investment bank, who are currently enjoying a prolonged period of growth in their Asian operations. Due to their continued expansion the need has arisen to recruit an experienced Compliance Officer for their Hong Kong based team.

The Compliance Officer reports to the Hong Kong Head of Compliance, your main responsibilities will be to provide compliance advice to a range of business units including trading, agency and prime brokerage desks. You will focus on ensuring best practice across the business, compliance against local regulations and the integrity of Chinese Walls.

You will work with your team to deliver compliance messages and provide training both for new starters and to keep up with policy changes. You will already have over 5 years experience in Compliance with particular knowledge of Equities issues. You will have strong analytical skills and be able to multi task in a pressurised environment. You will have first rate knowledge of local compliance regulations and be a team player with strong communication skills.
