My client is a Global Hedge Fund with offices across Europe, US and Asia. They are looking for traders with highly automated strategies that have produced strong annualised returns. 14-18% of PnL available dependant on experience

Ideally your strategies should be scalable to over 200million and you should currently be trading at least $10million. Strong performance is important hence you need a track record of at least a year that demonstrates annualised returns of 15%+ and Sharpe Ratios in excess of 1.5 (this will vary depending on asset class traded).My clients are a well oiled organization that have invested heavily in their technical and operational infrastructure hence they are able to accommodate most trading strategies and can offer in house manual and DMA execution. Regarding compensation they are prepared to pay a generous basic salary and write in a high percentage of the PnL into the contract. Capital allocation will depend on experience, but typically ranges from $50-300million, strong continued performance will be rewarded with aggressive allocation of capital, hence $1-2billion trading pots are possible.

Finally my client recently secured considerable investment, such that they are aggressively hiring, and are able to provide incentives such as buyout/sigh-on/guaranteed bonuses to get on board the talent they are looking for.
