My client, an equity research driven brokerage house, are hiring an execution trader to join their growing agency desk. Individuals wishing to apply should have hands-on experience of equity execution trading as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Ideal candidates will have thorough knowledge of Pan European equity markets and will have used a number of trading systems such as Fidessa and/or GL. Good knowledge of the following investment strategies and their execution would be an advantage although not complusory: Long/Short, Pairs, VWAP/AQR, Risk, Statistical and convertible arbitrage.

This role will offer the opportunity to develop alongside experienced high calibre individuals with a bonus scheme in place where the trader will be directly rewarded in accordance with the flows of the desk.
