Our client is an established UK Investment Bank dealing predominantly within the UK M&A market. The Bank has a considerable mid cap deal pipeline and an impressive track record. The team offer M&A advisory services, to clients in the financial institution sector. Due to continued growth, the team is now looking to recruit at the associate level to assist with the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
Candidates should be: ·Seasoned investment bankers with the equivalent of four years corporate finance (M&A) experience in a bulge bracket US investment bank. ·Familiar with all aspects of deal management, including a detailed understanding of UK and international corporate finance transaction regulations; ·Able to demonstrate origination potential ·Able to show strong analytical and modelling skills combined with a solid understanding of the M&A process. .Financial Institution Group experience would be advantageous. .Spanish, German, Italian or French language skills are beneficial.
