My client is an outstanding and highly successful company with a wide range of opportunities in their rapidly expanding Strategy arm. This is a brilliant opportunity to join the Strategy team to design, model, present, arrange, implement and then monitor derivative-based investment strategy solutions, for mainly UK-domiciled pension schemes. This is both in a pure-matching capacity as well as a tailored, more efficient deployment of the growth (i.e. risk-taking, return-seeking) portfolio. Essential for this role are: (i) Strong liability knowledge, likely obtained through pursuit/achievement of CFA, Actuarial or Financial Engineering qualifications; (ii) familiarity with all asset classes and derivatives, their pricing, and actual £-based products. Familiarity with investment consulting or benefits regimes is desirable, but not essential.
